The rights will be centralized in a condominium, ensuring greater legal security for the transaction and enabling the centralization of the process of commercializing the broadcasting rights and commercial properties of the participating clubs.
LFU is a trade block for the broadcasting rights of Brazil's national league (Campeonato Brasileiro), seeking to increase commercial attractiveness and leverage competitive tension, resulting in the generation of value for clubs and shareholders.
Currently, 32 clubs are part of the Liga Forte União.
Serie A: Athletico Paranaense, Atlético-GO, Botafogo, Corinthians, Criciuma, Cruzeiro, Cuiaba, Fluminense, Fortaleza, Internacional, Youth and Vasco
Serie B: America Mineiro, Avai, Botafogo-SP, Ceara, Chapecoense, Coritiba, CRB, Goias, Ituano, Mirassol, Novorizontino, Operario, Ponte Preta, Sport and Vila Nova
Serie C: Brusque, CSA, Figueirense, Londrina and Tombense
Currently, clubs sell these rights individually, through a poorly formatted process (with few or a single buyer) and with little professionalism, which reduces the value of these rights.
With entry into the commercial block, the potential for appreciation of these rights is enormous, since there will be a very well-formatted (by a professionalized commercial team) and competitive sales process (with access to several players not yet accessed, such as streaming platforms for example), in addition to the fact that, by selling these rights in a block, the clubs' bargaining power vis-à-vis buyers is significantly greater.
This means that even if the clubs have to give up 20% of these rights, the potential to increase the value of the remaining 80% is huge, making the operation beneficial for them - not to mention the investment value they will receive up front, which will help them improve their finances and allow them to invest heavily in necessary upgrades (squad, infrastructure, youth team, etc.).
