Fiagro is an investment vehicle that aims to invest in Brazilian agribusiness assets. It is a way to invest in agribusiness production chains without having to purchase a rural property.
Fiagro is a credit facilitator for rural producers. The rural producer (credit taker) uses this resource to produce food, increase the supply of jobs in the countryside, promote greater productivity and make the production process more agile, increasing the efficiency of their production.
Agribusiness is an extremely relevant sector for the Brazilian economy, with a significant contribution to the national GDP, boosting our trade balance and being the main responsible for maintaining the Brazilian surplus.
When you invest in a Fiagro, you invest your money in activities such as farms, plantations and everything involved in the production and distribution of agricultural products. In other words, it is a way to invest in agribusiness assets without having to purchase a rural property.
(i) Exposure to the agricultural sector, one of the sectors that has grown the most in recent years and is extremely relevant to the Brazilian economy;
(ii) Diversification of the investment portfolio, investing in a product with a good risk-return ratio;
(iii) Distribution of monthly dividends;
(iv) Income tax exemption for individuals.

The rights will be centralized in a condominium, ensuring greater legal security for the transaction and enabling the centralization of the process of commercializing the broadcasting rights and commercial properties of the participating clubs.
The LFU is a block for joint commercialization of broadcasting rights related to the Brazilian Championship, seeking to increase commercial attractiveness and leverage competitive tension, resulting in the generation of value for clubs and shareholders.
Currently, 32 clubs are part of the Liga Forte União.
Series A: Athletico Paranaense, Atlético-GO, Botafogo, Corinthians, Criciuma, Cruzeiro, Cuiaba, Fluminense, Fortaleza, Internacional, Youth and Vasco
Series B: America Mineiro, Avai, Botafogo-SP, Ceara, Chapecoense, Coritiba, CRB, Goias, Ituano, Mirassol, Novorizontino, Operario, Ponte Preta, Sport and Vila Nova
Series C: Brusque, CSA, Figueirense, Londrina and Tombense
Currently, clubs sell these rights individually, through a poorly formatted process (with few or a single buyer) and with little professionalism, which reduces the value of these rights.
With entry into the commercial block, the potential for appreciation of these rights is enormous, since there will be a very well-formatted (by a professionalized commercial team) and competitive sales process (with access to several players not yet accessed, such as streaming platforms for example), in addition to the fact that, by selling these rights in a block, the clubs' bargaining power vis-à-vis buyers is significantly greater.
Ou seja, mesmo que os clubes tenham de abrir mão de 20% desses direitos, o potencial de valorização dos 80% remanescentes é gigantesco, fazendo com que a operação seja benéfica para eles – isso sem considerar o valor de Investimento que receberão na largada, que os ajudará a melhorar suas finanças e permitirá grandes investimentos em upgrades necessários (elenco, infraestrutura, categoria de base, etc.).
