Vinicius holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree from Insper. He has approximately 8 years of experience in capital market operations, having worked at Tauil & Chequer Advogados (Mayer Brown) and Opea Securitizadora/RB Capital, where he was responsible for the legal department and, subsequently, for the structuring of several securitization operations, especially Real Estate Receivables Certificates, Agribusiness and Debentures.
